This product was prescribed by my mammologist along with broccoli extract, and within a month, the pain and swelling in my breasts completely disappeared. I am very pleased with the outcome and recommend it to everyone. A delightful bonus is that green tea suppresses appetite and aids in weight loss. I feel invigorated in the mornings, although it's best not to drink it in the late afternoon as it can disrupt sleep.

I took green tea extract with Indole-3-Carbinol to ease swelling and chest pain, and a week later, both issues disappeared. While I wasn't energetic right after taking it, I did eventually feel revitalised. It certainly improved my overall health, and I recommend trying it for similar issues!
